Job Description
As a member of the software engineering division, you will use your basic knowledge of software architecture to:
- Develop, debug, or design software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
- Build enhancements within existing software architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance existing software applications.
- Design and develop new reports, including:
- Data fetching (SQL)
- Data processing
- Data representation - Gather requirements, understand project scope, estimate work, plan, and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in technical design discussions at the component level.
- Debug and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
- Suggest process improvements at the team level.
- Support software releases.
- Learn healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
- Work additional/irregular hours as needed.
- Comply with security policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Computer Applications
- Computer Information Systems
- Information Technology
