Job Description
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
- Collaborate with product teams for requirements analysis and make technical trade-off decisions at the application level
- Define and develop solutions to technical problems within an Agile framework
- Contribute expertise to application reengineering and design
- Act as a subject matter expert in focus areas across technology
- Follow and improve coding standards within the team, ensuring high code quality
- Stay updated on latest tools and technologies, both within and outside dunnhumby
- Learn and help implement new industry standards related to products, people, and processes
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and help maximize team performance
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and collaborate with Engineering Manager/Team Lead to resolve them
